89kg Hot Bar Soldering Machine with 0.2mm Precision and 500°C Temperature Control for PCB Assembly
This 89kg hot bar soldering machine provides precision temperature control for soldering FPC to PCB applications, featuring digital PID control and CCD alignment for high-accuracy operations.
The hot bar power supply delivers current to heat the thermode made of high-resistivity materials such as tungsten, molybdenum, or titanium. When temperature reaches the set point, it melts the tin solder, creating permanent connections as it cools. Pressure is maintained throughout the process while IGBT inverter power supply ensures accurate temperature control.
- Digital PID Temperature Control for high-speed, highly accurate thermal management
- Wide Temperature Range (0-600°C) with comprehensive monitoring functions
- Three-Stage Heating System supporting diverse temperature profiles
- User-Friendly Interface designed for easy operation by first-time users
- High-Precision Control System with 4kHz inverter frequency and ±3°C accuracy
