The pulse current system controls the on/off frequency ratio - higher pulse ratios deliver greater current output and faster temperature rise at the welding point.
Advanced temperature control begins with parameter input to the high-performance microcontroller. During operation, the temperature sensing line provides real-time feedback, sampling dozens of times per second to adjust current pulse ratios and maintain ±5℃ temperature accuracy.
