Installation Instructions
- Press the rack firmly or tap into place using a hammer
- Secure all 4 corners with screws
- Lock the fixed side plate using screws
- Install the moveable side plate
- Install bottom plate by pulling the round end of the buckle upward
- Install the lever to complete assembly
