Our traffic sign aluminum discs are manufactured from 1060 alloy and available in standard diameters of 8 inches (203 mm), 10 inches (254 mm), 12 inches (305 mm), and 15 inches (381 mm). These aluminum circles feature H18 temper for maximum strength and stiffness, making them ideal for durable traffic signage applications.
Material Specifications
1060 aluminum alloy offers excellent formability, high corrosion resistance, and good electrical conductivity. The H18 full hard temper provides enhanced strength while maintaining the material's natural resistance to harsh environmental conditions including rain, direct sunlight, and extreme weather.
