Food Container Foil for Lunch Box Applications
Aluminum foil containers are widely used tableware products with thickness ranging from 0.03mm to 0.20mm. Available in both wrinkled and wrinkle-free varieties, these containers can be designed for either disposable or reusable applications. Manufactured from 3 series or 8 series aluminum ingot raw materials, the foil is cold-rolled or hot-rolled into uniform thickness rolls with smooth surfaces, free from pinholes, dust particles, and odors.
Aluminum Foil Material Specifications
3003 Aluminum Foil: This commonly used lunch box material offers tensile strength of 140-170 MPa and elongation ≥9%. With higher tensile strength and elongation compared to 1 series and 8 series aluminum, 3003 foil ensures low breakage rates during stamping processes. It's particularly suitable for three-cavity, multi-cavity, and complex special-shaped lunch boxes, with finished product rates reaching 95% or higher when using 3003-H24 aluminum foil.
3004 Aluminum Foil: Used for food packaging and container applications, 3004 foil features high hardness and excellent load-bearing capacity. It provides superior stamping performance compared to 3003 aluminum foil while maintaining product hygiene standards.
8011 Aluminum Foil: As a raw material manufacturer of container aluminum foil, we produce 8011 foil with smooth surfaces, no oil stains, bright lines, or inclusions. This material offers high elongation and ensures product safety and hygiene.
8006 Aluminum Foil: Representing special aluminum foil for aerospace-grade lunch box materials, 8006 foil provides tensile strength of 125-135 MPa. Stamped lunch boxes feature wrinkle-free edges and high-end, aesthetically pleasing appearances. While 8011 foil offers tensile strength of 120-170 MPa and elongation over 8%, 8006 foil demonstrates superior elongation and cup convexity compared to both 8011 and 3003 aluminum foils.
