Coating Types
PVDF (Fluorocarbon) Coating
Made of fluorine carbon resin, pigment, and ester solvent, processed through high-temperature roasting and baking to form a dry film with exceptional weather resistance. Available in traditional and nanometer PVDF variants.
Traditional PVDF Coating: Utilizes KYNAR500 PVDF with two or three coating and baking cycles. Offers excellent resistance to acid, alkali, and harsh weather conditions, maintaining color integrity for over 15 years. Recommended for external wall cladding applications.
Nanometer PVDF Coating: Features a clear coating containing nanometer elements that provide self-cleaning properties, protecting panels from pollution and making dust removal easy with rain or water.
PE (Polyester) Coating
High molecular polymer with alkyd addition, providing UV resistance. Available in matt and glossy finishes. The compact molecular structure ensures a smooth, lustrous surface ideal for printing. With 8-10 years weather resistance warranty, suitable for interior decoration and sign boards.
