How to make Order

Please send us an email to specify the item, quantity, color or other specification.

1) Contact us  e-mail/Skype etc contacting tools, confirm the model & quantity you want to order with us.
2) We will make a PI and send to you.
3) You should check the PI and make payment.
4) Package will be delivered to you as soon once we receive the payment.

1) Can we do printing on the plastic bottles or jars?

Yes, you can. We could offer various printing ways: silk screen printing, hot stamping, painting.

2) Can we get your free samples?

Yes, you can. Samples are free for the customers,but the freight for express is on buyer's account.

3) Can we combine many items assorted in one container in my first order?

Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.

4) What is the normal lead time?

A. For stock products, we will send goods to you within 7- 15 work days after we receive your payment.

B. For OEM products, the delivery time is 15-25 work days after we receive your payment.

5) What is your payment term?

A. T/T, L/C, Western Union, PayPal are accepted

B. For bulk production: 30% pay in advance, 70% pay before shippin

6) What is your shipping way?

We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements.

By sea, by air, or by express, etc.

7) How do you control the quality?

We will make samples before mass production, and mass production will be arranged after samples approved.

Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.

8) If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?

If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container.
