CW6180B series Heavy-duty hand lathes are hand lathes specially designed for processing large, heavy-duty workpieces. It is larger in size and weight, has a stronger power output and a more stable structure. Spindle aperture, bed length and other dimensions are enlarged to meet the needs of large workpieces. The operation needs to cooperate with the lifting device, which requires higher skills and physical strength. CW6180B is a base-model machine product with a bed width of 550mm. The integral floor-type bed combined with stable diagonal bar construction is adopted to the high structural rigidity in its class. Large torque cutting can be realized by a large torque motor (11kW) combined with an optimized reduction speed headstock.
