The 8 - station horizontal turret features precise positioning and rapid tool change. Achieving a dimensional accuracy of IT6 level, it is suitable for processing rotary parts in industries such as automotive and bearing.

The main drive system is driven by a high-performance, high-torque servo motor, which drives the spindle to rotate through a belt. The spindle unit adopts high-precision bearings to meet the requirements of bearing axial and radial cutting forces and high speed.

Using high-quality cast iron and a reasonable reinforced rib structure, it has strong rigidity.

The spindle box is connected by scraping and grinding, with a positioning base added on the side. The spindle box structure is
optimized, with a large span and excellent rigidity

Servo positioning, efficient machining, optimized tool holder structure, configurable power cutting tools, achieving integrated machining of
turning, milling and drilling.

The X/Z axis adopts linear guide rails and optimized guide rail layout, achieving high rigidity and good dynamic performance. The X-axis adopts pre stretched screws to reduce the impact of temperature on accuracy and achieve high-precision and stable processing.

The lathe features a full-travel programmable tailstock, with intelligent control of the tailstock.
The tailstock adopts a high-rigidity structure, with a sleeveless design to achieve maximum
rigidity. It is maintenance-free for life, improving machining accuray. The tailstock is of upper and
lower split design, hydraulically driven for convenient precision adjustment.
