The main drive system is driven by a high-performance, high-torque servo motor, which drives the spindle to rotate through a belt. The spindle unit adopts high-precision bearings to meet the requirements of bearing axial and radial cutting forces and high speed.

The spindle box is connected by scraping and grinding, with a positioning base added on the side. The spindle box structure is

turning, milling and drilling.

The X/Z axis adopts linear guide rails and optimized guide rail layout, achieving high rigidity and good dynamic performance. The X-axis adopts pre stretched screws to reduce the impact of temperature on accuracy and achieve high-precision and stable processing.

The lathe features a full-travel programmable tailstock, with intelligent control of the tailstock.
