The HMK3000 High Precision Double Frequency Horizontal Honing Machine is a professional precision internal bore finishing equipment independently developed by Senern Precision Machine Tool. It is specially designed for high-precision honing processing of precision inner holes, with a processing aperture range of φ3–80mm and an infinitely adjustable spindle speed of 250–3000rpm. Adopting an advanced dual variable frequency independent drive system for spindle and stroke, the machine is equipped with electronic braking, fast stroke adjustment and precision locking mechanisms. It realizes excellent dimensional accuracy, cylindricity and uniform cross-hatch surface texture of workpieces. Featuring simple operation, strong versatility and stable performance, this honing machine is widely applied in precision machining of automotive parts, hydraulic components, bearing accessories, aerospace parts and other precision mechanical parts, and achieves outstanding processing effects for short workpieces and blind holes.
