In order to effectively achieve gas adsorption separation and purification, in addition to the adsorbent to have good adsorption performance, the regeneration process of adsorbent is very important. The device makes the molecular sieve in a vacuum state, and the moisture absorbed by the molecular sieve escapes in vapor phase to remove the moisture, so as to regenerate the molecular sieve adsorption bed. The matching pipeline valve and automatic control system automatically operate the molecular sieve adsorption device to alternately dry and regenerate each molecular sieve adsorption bed.
