Technology Application

Separate and purify the CO₂ products of food grade with the raw material of CO₂-rich gas source, such as fermentation gas, conversion gas, decarburization gas, natural mine gas and gas form thermal power plant after PSA concentration and purification.

Instrument Selection Principle

The instruments of the unit follows the principle of reliable, precise, advanced and economical selection.

The electric meter are explosion-proof type. The instrument is mainly used for the high quality products imported or joint venture.

The pressure remote instrumentation adopts intelligent pressure transmitter.

The actuators mainly are pneumatic regulating valve.

The flow measuring instrument is mainly used for differential pressure flow meter.

The temperature detected by double metal thermometer and flame proof platinum thermal resistance.

The control valve is the core part of PSA, uses PSA special control valve, ANSI VI (six) seal, no leakage, switch frequency is more than 1000000, two years of free maintenance.

- use the ASCO electromagnetic valve, improve the reliability of the device.

- use the German P+F valve position detection switch.

Safety Protection System

in order to ensure the safety and long-term operation and the safety of operating personnel and equipments in the normal production and accident condition, according to the relevant standards and specifications, the following safety protection measures shall be considered:

All the instrument outside in the dangerous places adopts intrinsically safe and flameproof instrument.

The power supply of control system and the instrument adopts uninterruptible power system(UPS), make sure the plant in a safe state when the power is off.

According to the feature of the unit, set up a set of perfect process parameters and alarm interlock protection system to ensure safety in production.
