Manufacturing base

The company will invest and plan the production base covering an area of 40,000 square meters, the plant covering an area of 30,000 square meters, nearly 5,000 square meters of valve manufacturing workshop, more than 10,000 square meters of non-standard container workshop and 15,000 square meters of the skid-mounted workshop. Complete equipment, refined processed machinery, δ90mm veneer reeling machine, δ14 plate shears, 12m edge planer, automatic welding machine, mirror polishing machine, φ4000 vertical lathe, 15 ordinary lathes, 10 CNC lathes, 8m double-housing planer, 3800-ton oil hydraulic press, 4500-ton oil hydraulic press, 10-ton, 20-ton, 50-ton and 100-ton lifting machine and other large-scale equipment, complete testing equipment with non-destructive testing (high power γ-source testing machine) and physical and chemical analysis, 6 m × 7 m × 20 m heat treatment furnace and a well-equipped welding laboratory, and 5 sets of valve testing equipment. Qualified to design and manufacture ASME U, U2, and GB A1, A2 pressure vessels, to install pressure pipes and to manufacture pressure pipe components.
