Technology Application:

Process discription

95% (w / w%) ethanol raw material from outside the battery limit is sent to the superheater. The temperature of ethanol steam entering the tower is controlled by strictly adjusting the flow rate of heating steam, so as to ensure that the quality of ethanol steam entering the molecular sieve adsorption tower fully meets the feeding conditions.

Molecular sieve adsorption tower group is composed of a group of adsorption tower and program-controlled valve with regulating function, and its working process is completely carried out automatically according to the set sequence. The qualified ethanol steam enters the adsorption tower through the program-controlled valve at the inlet of the adsorption tower for dehydration (there are two towers in each period of time for adsorption). The dehydrated product (water content ≤ 0.02%) is sent out of the battery limit after pressure control.
