Control system & Instruments

This unit adopts S7-400 series programmable controller of with imported instruments, which is the new generation of SIEMENS to realize automatic control and production management of the entire production plant. The design of control system and software meet the process requirements, follow the principle of “reliable, stable, accurate, advanced”.
PLC control system
The PLC control system consists of SIEMENS S7-400 programmable controller and 2 sets of monitoring computer, using SIEMENS' advanced WinCC graphics software and STEP7 software, realize the production device control function. Two operating stations are completely independent from each other, when one malfunctions, another one can achieve all control functions. The whole control system is stable and reliable and powerful, providing a reliable guarantee of safety, stability of production equipment and long period operation optimization to.
