Description
PE PP recycling and washing line could roughly divided to PP PE film recycling washing line and PP PE rigid plastics recycling washing line.
It is mainly used for process materials such as PE waste film, LDPE (LLDPE) film 98/99,PE Mulch film, PE Agricultural film, PE shopping bags,garbage bags, PP raffia bags,woven bags,PP Ton bag, PP non-woven film,bags and related wastes from varies source. The complete recycling washing machine line could turn collected dirty polyethylene and polypropylene films,post-consumer bags to clean and dry film pieces which could be used for further pelletizing.
Main processing steps include: Crushing-Washing-Drying-Packing.
This production line is high automatic operating and low consume, can save labor, save power and save water, easy to maintenance.

The machine has a good drying effect and high energy efficiency. The blade is made of high wear-resistant materials, can be replaced more conveniently. |
