For example, our ML series PE Recycling Pelletizing Line is equipped with Cutter Compactor, from Belt conveyor we feed the film soft materials, while from Side Feeder and Spiral charger, we can feed plastic regrind materials into the extruder.

Besides, regards high MFI plastic materials, such as PP non woven, PP injection wastes and BOPP film, etc

our company designed new type advanced Vertical Water Ring Pelletizing System to replace strand pelletizing, in this way to realize continuous running without stop when changing filter screen. This plastic granulation production line can also save factory space occupation for customers.

Components:

PE Recycling Pelletizing Line mainly consists of Belt conveyor, Cutter Compactor, Single Screw Extruder, Degassing, Hydraulic Screen Changer, Die Mould, Water ring Pelletizing or Spaghetti Pelletizing, Centrifugal Dewatering or Cooling Water Tank,Vibration machine,Air blowing and Silo, Electric Control Panel.
