The PET Washing Plant s used for crushing, cleaning, separation of bottle cap and label, depriving of impurity and glue material, and drying for bottle flakes. Then those waste PET bottle will become reusing PET materials.

Features of PET recycling line:
1. Final PET flakes’ humidity below 1%, impurities 100ppm, PVC label content 100ppm.
2. Parts which contact PET materials use SUS304.
3. World famous brand components will be applied to the waste PET bottle crushing washing recycling machine line, such as NSK bearing, Siemens contactor, ABB invertor, Siemens PLC controller, etc.
