Description :
PET Bottle Flakes Hot Washing Machine (PET flakes hot washer) is normally used in a PET bottle washing recycling line.
The final purpose is get high quality hot washed PET flakes.
During working, Customer could use steam boiler to supply the hot steam for heating water inside the hot washing machine chamber to keep temperature above 90℃. Meanwhile,caustic soda or detergent will be added into the water carefully for clean the flakes enough.The flakes will stay in the machine under the stirring mixing for 8-10 min,The sinking PET flakes will transfer to downstream recycling machines through the bottom screw.
The floating material will be separate out from top discharge tunnel.So It could remove impurity effectively such as glues,oil,liquid ect.The inside layer are all made of Stainless steel. Middle is insulating layer keep the water warm always.
