Plastic Shredder Machine
Through the interaction between the rotor blades and the fixed fixed blades in the shredder machine, the single shaft waste plastic shredder machine can shred, cut, and squeeze materials into small sizes. It can be used to crush various materials, including plastic materials like thick-wall plastic sheet, pipe, rubber, film, plastic tray, carpets, wood, kitchen and domestic waste.
The cutter head is composed of a spindle and multiple quadrilateral cutters. There are four sides could be applied and easy to change.
The V-shaped rotary tool is fixed on a single shaft. The fixed blades are installed on adjacent rotating knives at an angle to achieve better cutting. The material is repeatedly shredded between the "V"-shaped rotating cutter and the fixed cutter.
During the grinding process, the "V"-shaped rotor blades are installed to ensure uniform cutting, save energy and reduce noise. Moreover, the blades are also very easy to install and remove.
