PVC High Speed Hot And Cold Mixing Unit Plastic Mixing Machine
Description:
SRL-Z series Hot And Cold Mixing Unit are widely used for mixing, drying, and coloring for all kinds of plastic resin such as PVC , PE, PP. They can also be applied in drying of engineering plastic such as, ABS, PC, etc. This unit is composed of heating and cooling mixers. Hot material from heating mixer is fed into cooling mixer for cooling to eliminate gas and avoid burning.
Working principle :
The motor directly drives the main shaft to rotate through the belt wheel and the reduction box. The rotating blades with special shapes installed on the main shaft rotate accordingly. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material rises along the tapered wall of the fixed mixing tank and is in a state of reversing motion. , Forming a kind of swirling motion, for materials of different densities, it is easy to mix uniformly in a short time, and the mixing efficiency is more than twice that of ordinary mixers.
Mixed material Application:
Plastic plates,pipe,special-shaped profiles and degradation plastics.
