Description :
The friction screw washer is specially designed for cleaning and conveying plastic flakes,films and regrind materials from one machinery to another. Inside the friction screw conveyor is a rotor with many slanted paddles with a angle. The rotor speed is around 700rpm will force material scrub with paddles and screen mesh to get clean. The inclined frame could realize connection with one machine with downstream machine.
Features:
1. Equip with a water inlet on the top of machine and one/two draining outlets at the buttoms where waste water with impurities can be drained out automatically.
2. Working continuously.
Application Materials of the Friction Screw Conveyor :
Highly contaminated materials such as plastic flakes and plastic films,such as Post-Consumer Packaging Waste and Used Containers & Baled Blue Drums,Agricultural Film,Beverage Bottles and Containers,Post-industrial FIlm & Sheet Waste. Contaminants include paper and plastic labels, dirts, sands and grease.
