Vertical Debaler Machine For PET Recycling Line

Description:

Plastic Vertical Debaler machine which also called vertical double roller bale opener is used for compacted plastic material such as PET bottles and HDPE bottles. It could breaking apart the tight bales efficiently.

Once the bales are loaded onto the vertical debaler, The feeding conveyor will feed to bale forward into to two vertical opposite rotating rotors. The disks on the rotors scatter the plastics and exit them to next conveyor downstream for further processing.

Normally, it is applied in plastic bottle washing recycling line with a manual sorting belt behind, the machine break the tight bales to loose pieces and sending to next procedure such as crushing, wash,drying ect.

This type vertical debaler is not suitable for film bale breaking work.Instead, we suggest using single shaft shredder.
