Horizontal Debaler Machine as a first piece of machinery in our HDPE and PET bottle washing recycling line, that breakes bales of compacted rigid plastics into a free flowing stream.

After the wires of tight bales are cut off, the plastic is still compact together. Instead of manually break the plastic apart,This horizontal debaler machine uses rotating hooks to loosen the compacted plastic to free stream onto the conveyors after the machine.

Applicate in Complete PET bottle washing lines. 

Normally, it is applied in plastic bottle washing recycling line with a manual sorting belt behind, the machine break the tight bales to loose pieces and sending to next procedure such as crushing, wash,drying ect.

This type horizontal debaler machine is not suitable for film bale breaking work.Instead, we suggest using single shaft shredder.
