Our Thermal Dryer / Pipe drying system is a excellent way of removing further moisture content after the dewatering (Dehydration)process in a recycling plant. The thermal dryer with a cyclone is essential final step in reducing moisture level down to 3~8%.

After dewatering process ,Most percent waters will be removed from the recycled material. The exit material will be sucked by the Fan to go through the long pipes, Meanwhile, the heating device supply the hot air to the long pipes which could reduce the balance moisture in the materials during the transport to the storage silo.
