Description:
Plastic Pelletizing Machine is consists of two sets single screw extruders, which is special design for recycled material like rigid plastic scrap ,regrind,crushed(rigid) materials,bottles flakes ,agglomerated material and squeezed film ect.
HDPE Pelletizing Machine can be divided into two categories: Soft plastic recycling and hard plastic recycling. PP and PE waste hard plastics recycling occupy the majority of hard plastic recycling. This kind of hard plastics include plastic barrel, bottles, chairs, batteries, waste injection, etc.
Components:
PP Pelletizing Machine is mainly consists of sprial loader, hopper feeder,single screw extruder, filtering device and die mould, second extruder, filtering device and die mould,pelletizing system( water ring pelletizing or spaghetti pelletizing),centrifugal dewatering or cooling water tank,air blower and silo.
