Recycled PET Flakes Washing Line is mainly used for crushing and cleaning plastic bottles, plastic buckets, coke bottles and other hard plastics, but also can be used for crushing and cleaning very dirty soft materials, the complete Plastic Bottle Recycling Plant includes: de-label machine, feeder, crushing and washing machine, boiler, cleaning tank, dehydrator and storage bin.

Through our hot washing process, whole PET bottles are turned into PET flakes with the following attributes:
- Moisture: < 1%
- Bulk density: < 0.3G/CM3
- Total impurity: < 100ppm
- PVC content: < 40ppm
- Metal content: < 10ppm
- PE/PP content: < 50ppm
- Particle size: < 12-16mm
