Description:
Plastic Film Screw Press Squeezer is a fully automatic squeezing and densifying machine for film and non-woven bags recycled. The system makes use of a screw press to squeeze the material throughly for removing a majority of moisture. For further the drying process,the plastic is heated and densified into small granules that can be used directly in plastic extruders or compactor type pelletizing line.
The self-friction power and auxiliary electric heating system will turn the PE film material at semi-plasticized condition and extruded out from the mould and been cut by speed rotor blades. The cut pieces will be cooling by air and transmit to cyclone silo. The final products will be regular high density granulas/flakes which increase output a lot on pelletizing process.
