Technical Characteristic
The filter plate is made of reinforced polypropylene, molded by high temperature molding, and then processed by professional precision equipment. The formed filter plate has high strength, good sealing, light weight, corrosion resistance, high temperature and pressure resistance, non-toxic and tasteless, and meets the relevant food hygiene standards. The matching diaphragm plate is made of elastic PP molding and heat sealing, which has the advantages of high strength and long cycle.
High degree of automation of the equipment, hydraulic cylinder compaction, pressure maintaining, pressure supplement, feeding, reflux, filter plate loosening and cake unloading, the whole process is fully automated, without manual phased operation.
The pressing mode is hydraulic pressing mode, the pressing force range is 20mpa-25mpa, and the automatic pressure maintaining during filtration is realized through electrical control.
Filter pressure feed filter pressure tested by professional departments, the maximum filter pressure should not be greater than 0.6MPa, diaphragm press pressure should also be maintained in the range of 0.5mpa-1.6mpa, used within the specified pressure range, not only to ensure the best performance of filter press and supporting filter media, but also to maximize the service cycle of equipment and filter media (filter cloth).
In the case of automatic operation, the safety device filter press is equipped with a variety of protection devices to prevent over-voltage, over limit and other misoperation of the filter press.
Application scope
Diaphragm filter press can effectively shorten the filtration cycle and reduce the water content of filter cake. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, environmental protection, food, pharmaceutical industry, textile printing and dyeing, profile manufacturing, liquor making and other industries.
