1.Can I mix models&colors ?
Yes,sure, mixed orders or colors are acceptable. You can leave us a message about what models&colors you may need. But if you
would like to take different models,please kindly send us an email.
2. Is there any discount for bulk orders?
Yes,bulk orders are welcomed. And we will be glad to offer you better price discounts based on your order quantity. So please feel
Free to contact us when you need to take large order quantities or customized products.
3. Do you accept drop-shipping orders?
Yes,we cannot do drop-shipping.
4. Quality check:
We will fully check the quality and everything else before we pack and send the goods out to you.
5. When my order will be shipped out? My tracking number is not working,what should i do?
Usually we will ship out your orders in 1-3 workdays. If there's any delay, we will contact you in time.For tracking,once package
have left from our warehouse, it will take 1-3 business days to process in the post system. Plz wait a little more time and try it
again later.Meanwhile, our sale representative will contact you when you receive it!
2. We don't refund full if the partial items is damaged in delivery due to some objective matter. But we can accept a partial
refund for compensating the damaged part.
3. If the product has quality problems, you can take pictures and vedio to us. When we confirm it , we will give you a
satisfactory solution and refund you the damaged part
