APPLICATION
This machine is used to determine the fatigue-resistant characters for the steel shank in shoe, fix two ends of the steel shank and exert the specified load on the upper grip to have the shank bend reciprocally at 4 cycles per minute after reaching the specified test numbers check its damage degree.
