Introduction
Agitated tank is the abbreviation of mechanical agitated leaching tank, which is divided into single paddle stirring and multi paddle stirring. The tank body is cylindrical, and the bottom of the tank is spherical or flat. There is a circulation cylinder in the center, and the agitator is installed in the lower part of the circulation cylinder. The tank is usually made of carbon steel lined with acid-resistant bricks. The agitator has the form of paddle, propeller, anchor and pulley. The most commonly used propeller agitator impeller is generally made of carbon steel lined rubber. The diameter of the propeller agitator is usually taken as 0.25 to 0.35 of the tank diameter.
