High Speed Double Impeller Leaching Tank Agitator
Introduction
The impeller of agitation tank is driven by the motor and motor v-belt or gear motor, making the solid particles to suspend and making agent and ore pulp mixed adequately.
The mixing bucket is driven by the motor through the belt and the impeller shaft to rotate the impeller to work. The pulp and flotation agent circulate in the tank under the centrifugal force and lift force generated by the impeller, so that the agent is evenly distributed in the pulp.
Features
Its structural features: the impellers at the upper and lower layers are in steel plate encapsulation and connected by bolts; fine balance, easy to be changed and long service life; the spindle is divided into the upper and lower layers, which are connected by locating flange, reducing the sling height; air inflation is dispersed in various points with good gas mixing performance.
Main Applications
It is suitable for slurry (solid particle size < 1.0mm, specific gravity < 4.7, concentration < 70% (mass ratio)), strong mixing, no settlement, low energy consumption and long service life of mixing impeller. It is widely used for slurry preparation in concentrators, hydrometallurgical plants and some light chemical industries.
