Introduction
The flotation machine is suitable for the classification of non-ferrous and ferrous metals, as well as the classification of non-metals such as coal, fluorite, and talc. After the air is filled into the slurry solution mixed with the agent, the minerals will adhere to the bubbles and float to the surface of the slurry to form a foam layer. Adjust the opening of the flashing plate and the poppet valve to control the liquid level, so that the useful air bubbles are scraped out by the scraper. The selection of flotation machine should indicate: The model, specification and quantity of flotation tank. Number of scraper devices (left or right).
Working principle & structure :
GF flotation machine can also be deployed together with JJF flotation machine. Deployed horizontally, GF flotation machine serves as the suction cell for job steps of roughing, scavenging and concentration while JJF flotation machine serves as the green cell. There is no need for foam pump for returning of middlings.
