Introduction

The working principle of high frequency screen (high quality screen) is different from that of common screening equipment: due to adoption of high frequency, tension on the surface of ore pulp and high-speed vibration of fine materials on the screen surface are damaged, the isolation effect of dense-intensity (large specific gravity) valuable minerals is enhanced, and the probability of contact between materials smaller than the separation size and screen apertures. Thus, fine separation conditions are created, making materials smaller than the separation size, especially the large-specific gravity material granules and ore pulp get through the screen aperture and become undersize products.
