UV Coating Line Plate Storage Machine
Compared to other paints, UV paints are stronger than water-based paints, but not as hard-wearing as plastic laminates. Since UV coating is a relatively thick coating, pre-scores are often required to reduce cracking when folded.
It's important to note that because UV coatings have such a smooth surface, you may have difficulty writing, overprinting, rubber stamping, gluing, or applying certain labels to the surface. If you plan on embossing or gluing anything after the piece is made, notify your printer ahead of time so they can "block" certain areas from receiving the UV overlay.
