Construction Details
The transmission wheel is manufactured from 45# seamless steel pipe welded by CO², undergoes quenching and tempering, with surface grinding and embossing. It features dynamic balancing with runout less than 0.03mm, hard chrome plating, and direct plug-in connection transmission for true integration with the drive motor. The system utilizes NSK bearings and Taiwan Delta frequency converter for precise rubber roller speed control, maintaining speeds of 2-20M/min.
