Thermal transfer, also known as sublimation, involves printing images such as portraits and landscapes onto plain paper or high-precision printing paper using thermal transfer ink. The printed paper is then heated within minutes by corresponding thermal transfer equipment at specific temperatures, allowing the image colors to transfer realistically onto materials including porcelain cups, plates, clothes, and metals.
This machine is suitable for applying heat transfer film to various materials including wood, plastics, ceramics, calcium silicate board, and metals. The process enhances surface pattern clarity and creates a more three-dimensional appearance.
