How It Works

Container loader arranges and stacks products in small or medium package inside feeding system according to customer’s specification requirements (quantity of boxes or medium packages in each carton, mode of arrangement and number of layers *rows). All well-arranged product groups will be sent to carton steadily after arrangement. Cartons containing products passing customer’s specification requirements will be conveyed to sealing unit for tape sealing. Finally, materials will be discharged to ensure carton packing stability.

Main functions

It is applicable to the packing of small or medium package of carton for the purpose of protecting products (avoid damp and dust and protect outer surface) and facilitating logistics transportation. It is mainly used in such industries as drug and chemical for daily use.
