In Huawei IMS Solution, UGC 3200 Interworking layer Media Gateway Control Function (MGCF). Converts between SIP and ISUP/BICC signaling and instructs the IP multimedia media gateway (IM-MGW) to perform media bearer
switching.

The UGC3200 can work as the Media Gateway Control Function (MGCF) on the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) network.
Through the UGC3200, the IMS network can interwork with the GSM&UMTS network, CDMA network, and PSTN&NGN network. When functioning as an MGCF, the UGC3200 can share the OMU with the gateway office or IMS Core.

When functioning as an MGCF, the UGC3200 supports the following application scenarios:
