Fecral fiber is manufactured from iron-chromium-aluminum alloy wire using advanced bundle drawing technology, available in diameters ranging from 8 μm to 40 μm. Material Composition
Iron-chromium-aluminum (FeCrAl) alloy with optimized composition including 10-13 wt.% chromium and 5-6 wt.% aluminum for enhanced surface protection. Additional alloying elements such as molybdenum (Mo) and/or niobium (Nb) are incorporated to improve mechanical strength and control microstructural properties.
