1-100μm 316L 304 Sintered Conductive Metal Fiber with 4.5-18cN Strength and 0.7-1.1% Elongation
Our 1-100μm sintered conductive metal fiber is manufactured using advanced bundle drawing technology, producing stainless steel fibers with diameters ranging from 1μm to 40μm. These micron-level fibers maintain the electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance of traditional stainless steel while offering enhanced softness and increased surface area comparable to chemical fiber products.
Available in multiple stainless steel grades including 316L and 304, as well as Fecral and Nickel fiber variants. The micron-scale diameter creates unique properties that make these fibers ideal for specialized industrial applications.
