1. The DC brushless motor is composed of a motor body and a driver. The stator windings of the motor are mostly made into a three-phase symmetrical star connection, which is very similar to the three-phase asynchronous motor. The magnetized permanent magnet is glued to the rotor of the motor, and a position sensor is installed in the motor to detect the polarity of the motor rotor;

2. The driver is composed of power electronic devices and integrated circuits, etc., and can receive the start, stop and brake signals of the motor to control the start, stop and brake of the motor;

3. Accept the position sensor signal and the forward and reverse signal to control the on-off of each power tube of the inverter bridge to generate continuous torque;

4. Accept speed command and speed feedback signal to control and adjust the speed; provide protection and display, etc.;

5. It has fast response, large starting torque, and the performance of providing rated torque from zero speed to rated speed. The switching frequency of power components is much faster, which improves the performance of the drive motor;

6. There are already many microprocessors that have built the functions necessary to control the motor into the chip, and the volume is getting smaller and smaller; like analog/digital converters, pulse width modulation, etc.
