Step 1. You provide your logo or design image,dimension and color code.

1. Tolerance : Size +/- 2% ,Weight +/-5% ,Qty +/-2% .
2. Since the pile is made of fibre,which differts form paper and computer displayer,
we will be devoted to make the mats closer to your design.
3.The displays differ when you use different computer displayer,
we will produce mats based on the color of your design in Pantone.
Step 2 . We will send the finished art work for your approval before production.
Step 3 . You may place order once artwrok is approved.We will produce mats and help you arrange shipment.

Max. width is 190 cm ; Max. length is 1600 cm
3. Do the mats have an border?
There are two types of edges, without edge or with a rubber edge of 1.5cm or 2cm
4. Is it need to pay artwork fee for making custom design?
No, artwork fee is free.
5. How to choose design colors?
Pantone colors ( Pantone C, Pantone U or Pantone TPX) are acceptable,
If exact colors cannot be appointed, our designer will recommend the
best match color for verification and approval.
6. How many colors can be produced in one design?
Normally within 12 colors inclusive of white color.
