Prior to installation, make accurate measurements of mats in accordance with recess. Allowable error is ±2mm.
Recommended recessed depth for ALU 2035 is 18mm (±2mm).
Before beginning installation, ensure the surface is relatively flat, smooth, and level.
The installation area should be thoroughly cleaned with all sharp objects, dirt, and dust removed.
Installation Steps
- CLEAN THE FLOOR SURFACE TO REMOVE ALL DIRT AND DEBRIS
- LOCATE AND MARK FINAL LOCATION IN WHICH THE MAT WILL BE PLACED
- ASSEMBLE FRAME
- UNROLL MAT INTO THE RECESS OF THE FRAMES
