Installation Guidelines
The most popular installation type for aluminum entrance mats is recessed floor installation.
Prior to installation, make accurate measurements of mats according to recess dimensions. Allowable error is ± 2mm.
Recommended recessed depth for ALU 1044 is 10 mm (± 2mm).
Installation surface should be relatively flat, smooth and level.
The installation area should be thoroughly cleaned with all sharp objects, dirt, and dust removed.
- Clean the floor surface to remove all dirt and debris
- Locate and mark final location where the mat will be placed
- Assemble frame components
- Unroll mat into the recess of the frames
Maintenance Requirements
