After connecting multiple pieces of PCBA boards after solding,it often breaks the circuit or breaks the electronic parts.Using this machine can avoid damage and improve work efficiency and quality.

Cutting by knife-type travel can completely reduce the stress and prevent cracks in the solder joints and parts from breaking.

Using Upper round knife and the lower flat knife method,the PCB is placed on the lower flate knife,once the switch is stepped on,the upper round knife move to set fixed point,that is ,the PCB is cut and divided without board edge and the cut is flat.

the cutting distance of the knife can be set freely according to the length of the PCB board.Stop point:0-100-200-300-400mm.

There is a cut-baffle at the back of the knife,which can be adjusted according to different width of PCB.It can also easily cut PCBAs without V-grooves, accurately without oblique cutting.

Can fin-tune the thickness of various PCB boards to solve the depth of V- grooves on PCB boards.

The upper and lower knives are imported high-speed steel materials,which are extremely durable.when the knives are unfavorable,they can be reground,which can be grounded about 7 to 10 times.

ZM30-600 knife route 0, 150, 300, 450, 600,

ZM30-900 knife route 0, 200, 400, 600, 900,

ZM30-1200 knife route 0, 300, 600, 900, 1200,

• Two modes:Stepping or jogging.when the work is performed in the stepping mode,the indicator will flash and the alarm will flash.you must cancel the alarm and continue working.
