PCB Depaneling Machine Features

1. Flexible to apply single transfer, then to meet the process connection demand of forward and back.

2. It can be setting between 0-180 degree on taking and placing PCB.

3. All the process are under automatic operation, which are including loading, cutting,

    replacing of milling tool, unloading and the waste collecting.

    3 options of unloading of products, contains conveyor, fixture.

4. Use CCD to do the vision positioning off-set and alignment which can ensure the cutting precision.

5. Assemble with high speed ESD spindle for function of auto tool change,

    spindle can release the static caused during production, then can reduce the PCB damage possibility caused via static.

6. The patent flexible brush structure is able to do the deepen function for extend milling tool's life cycle.

7. Assemble with high absorption power of dust collector, contains negative pressure detection

    which will remind user to clean the filter bags.

8. Windows10 operation system.Software to be designed by ourselves then can upgrade it continuously.
