PCB V Cut Machine Introduction
● Fully-auto online V-groove Separator machine has greatly improve the quality of splitting the PCB Boards;
● It can realize the V-groove X and Y direction two-ways auotmatic slitting, it can cutting the aluminum substrate (300-1500mm), the Copper substrates, FR4 without burres.
● It can be connected to the assembly line to achieve full-auto PCB separation without manual placement；the separated boards are transported away though the assembly line, which greatly save labor cost;
● When changing product, you can directly exchange the knife die part and suction cup part without manual adjustment of the knife, which saves time greatly.

PCB V Cut Machine Operation Process
1. Machine is equipped with a lower cutting die module. PCBs are sent to the predetermined track through the PCB Loader machine;the mechanical hand moves over and uses a vacuum nozzle to transport the PCB board to the cutting die.
2. After the PCB is placed on the lower knife die module, move to the cutting position,the round knife cutting the PCB in horizontal direction, after cutting one knife, the lower knife die modelue moves to the cutting position, until finish cutting the horizontal PCBs, the rotary cylinder automatically rotates 90 degrees to cut the vertical PCB.
3. After the machine finish cutting the PCB, the knife mold and knife set exit; the picking (boards) mechanical hands moves over and sucks the PCB and the board waste edge at the same time, then moves to the waste box to put down the waste edge, then moves to PCB unloader machine to put down the PCBs on the tray and sent away by the transporation line.
4. There is an industrial vacuum cleaner under the cutting die to suck away the PCB dust.

Remarks: The individual PCB boards can be automatically placed in the charging basket (charging tray, or directly on the assembly line) according to customer requirements.
